The season is turning (...for the Northern hemisphere at least!) — marinas are quieter, and for many of you haul-out and winter prep are already on the horizon. Before that happens, we wanted to get one more looong batch of updates to you: this release touches trips, boats, costs and the dashboard, across mobile, web and TheBoatDB. Full sail ahead, let's walk through it.

Trips — A Whole New View

Trip Details, Rebuilt: a completely new trip detail sheet on mobile — route summary card, KPI tiles for distance, duration, speed and average speed, and a map/weather/cover switcher so you can flick between your track, live Windy weather, or your cover photo without leaving the screen.

Costs & Files, Right There: costs and photos & files now live directly on the trip sheet, on mobile and web alike, with a dedicated screen for each — tap a cost to edit it straight from the trip.

Search & Exports: full-text search across your logs on web, an "include autologs" toggle when exporting, and tasks that now sort by real workflow order instead of alphabetically.

Boats — Rebuilt End to End

New Boat Details: a fresh boat details screen led by your boat's cover photo, with personalisation editable right from the boat's own page, on both mobile and web.

Add-Boat, Redesigned: the whole add-boat flow has been rebuilt in clear steps — basic details, boat model, personalisation and licence — and if your boat isn't in our catalogue yet, you can create a brand-new model from scratch.

Boats, Offline: your boats list now reads straight from the device, so it's there for you even with no whisper of signal.

Costs — Now in Any Currency

Multi-Currency Costs: cruising abroad? Record a cost in a foreign currency and we'll show the exchange rate, editable whenever you need it — with every cost category now carrying its own icon, so your books stay shipshape at a glance.

Dashboard Home — A Fresh Course (Web)

Brand-New Dashboard: your web dashboard has been rebuilt from scratch — overview tiles with trend indicators, a costs summary chart, an active trips widget, a tasks widget you can tick off from, and an alerts widget, all reading from local data so it keeps working offline.

Favourite Boats Are Back (TheBoatDB)

Favourites, Returned: the favourite toggle is back and working again (now built on our Laravel API), with its own dedicated Favourite Boats page and a shortcut in your account menu and mobile drawer.

A tonne of work has also been done on other features, updates and fixes. You may always see what is released in the public Changelog, and much more — you may propose what YOU need by posting it in our Community, where other users may also comment and upvote it.
